민주화운동기념관은 한국 민주화운동의 역사와 국가폭력의 상징적 공간인 남영동 대공 분실의 역사를 기록, 기념, 교육하는 장소이다. 

민주운동기념관 건립조성목적에 따라 남영동 대공분실과 신축건물, 야외공간을 연계한 종합적인 미디어콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

​National Museum of Korean Democracy serves as a place to record, commemorate, and educate on the history of Korea’s democracy movement and the Namyeong-dong Anti-Communist Investigation Office, a symbolic site of state violence. To fulfill its mission, comprehensive immersive media content was developed, integrating the former investigation office, the new building, and the outdoor spaces.
